Weight Loss Workshops
H.O.P.E. (Holistic Opportunities for Personal Enrichment) is offering a series of workshops, designed to help you lose weight ... and keep it off! Not only will you learn valuable nutrition and fitness facts but you will also learn how to re-train your thinking so that you can get the results you want.
Facilitated by Western Sydney’s leading weight management team, these workshops will motivate you to shed those extra kilos.
You will learn:
- A training program that will get you great results! And you can easily do the exercises in the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment
- Effective guidelines and principles for exercise and nutrition that will aid in weight loss and muscle tone.
- Ways to re-train your mind to make changing your diet easy
- How to overcome boredom with exercise
- How to stay motivated so you don’t slip off the rails
- How to put your own exercise and nutrition plan together so you can build your routine into your lifestyle
- How to have fun with your training and still get a great workout
- How to never again feel restricted with your food by adopting a simple system that gives you flexibility with your eating plan
The workshops will be facilitated by Denver Oliveux, a Personal Trainer from Looking Good and Feeling Great Personal Training, Linda Campbell, a life coach and hypnotherapist from Mind Mastery and Fiona Kane, a nutritionist and holistic counsellor from Informed Health.

In addition, H.O.P.E. runs a forum on the internet where participants can receive ongoing support and have their questions answered.
