HOPE brings the second Natural Health and Wellbeing EXPO to Penrith

Penrith's second Natural Health and Wellbeing EXPO brought to you by HOPE Health Advice, a Not for Profit Community Organisation established first in Penrith NSW but seeking to raise similar community organisations throughout Australia. (There has been no date set for the Expo at this stage it is planned to take place in 2010).

Would you like to learn how to deal with stress, overcome depression and anxiety and become more confident?

Would you like to take a natural approach to health that will leave you feeling empowered and full of energy?

If any of the answers to the above questions are Yes? Then Penrith's second Healthy Options Expo is for you.

The day will be filled with a wide variety of interactive talks that will give you information about a wide variety of different aspects of health. You will receive information from a wide variety of health professionals, anything from Personal Training to Dentistry and from Counselling to Natural Therapy advice?

Small Fee Gets Access To All The Experts

We here at the 'HOPE Health Advice Group' strongly believe in health and wellness for our community. Come join with us, enjoy a great day out, get useable answers to your health questions and support your local community.

Cost for the day is very reasonable at $10 per person, $5 Seniors, Children Free.

HOPE Health Advice is a Non Profit organisation. Our second Healthy Options Penrith Expo will be filled with many different health professionals who will be talking about common health problems like:

These are just a few of the issues we will be talking about on the day of our expo. We have many health professionals available on the day who will give information about those topics and many more. We will have many and varied display booths offering a wide variety of information and advice. There will be no pressure to join something, buy anything or sign up for any course of treatment. Come along and enjoy yourself.
